There was a temporary ban in place in Arkansas on specific synthetic cannabinoids, like JWH-018 and JWH-073, that have been found in some, but not each, herbal k2 incense blends, but there has been a permanent ban that has been approved since the expiration of the temporary ban back in October of 2010. This means that if you are caught possessing or selling these k2 smoke product that you may face up to one year in jail and fines upwards of $4,000. If you are caught manufacturing k2 herb products containing these banned synthetic cannabinoids or chemical compounds then you will likely face even harsher punishment. Legislators began drawing up legislation calling for the banning of these synthetic cannabinoids in response to some of the negative side effects some users have reportedly been experiencing. Side effects like seizures, heightened blood pressure, an increase in heart rate, uncontrollable rage, hallucinations etc. |
